For 1 person you need:
2 chinese leaves
4 tbsp carrot salad
1/2 block taifun sesame tofu, cut into thin slices
Place the chinese leaves in a tub/on a plate. Fill with the carrot salad. Top with the tofu. Eat. Simples.
